DIY: Making a fortune cookie place card holder!!

By the way, I have to do this video over again because I messed up a very important step.  After you roll the circle and attach the center, you have to pull the two ends together with the foldover in the center (that you glued) being on the outside (not inside as the video shows) then you will find that it actually looks like a genuine fortune cookie!
