Crafting: A Baby Shower Gift for my BF Somer!

I LOVE making handmade gifts for any occasion I possibly can and this is no exception!  My BF Somer is having a boy!  His name is Ezra, after his daddy.  Ezra Sr. is a HUGE Dolphins fan and so I thought in addition to his sons name painted to match his sporty bedding, i would paint a custom painting of his future quarter back!

Decals bought at Michaels in Ft. Myers  for around a quarter each and the letters were about 3.50 a piece

Add a little paint in the colors of the sporting bedding and .... Vuala (Is that how you spell that?)
This is the extra piece for Dad's reputation...lol

Parties: Kentucky Derby!!

I was invited by my awsome brides, Kim and Tonya, to their Kentucky Derby themed bash!  I made, what I thought, was going to be a show stopping Oreo Pudding race track with hand drawn race horses with coordinating quilts.  Little did I know she had went all out with a fully stocked bar, an array of derby themed treats and even trophy's and ribbons for a custom K&T made horse racing game.  I was VERY impressed!

Tarpon Bay Luau

Charmed Weddings had the pleasure of helping Tarpon Bay plan, decorate and provide entertainment for their members going away soirée. The pairing of the beach, a beautiful sunset and some amazing people made the party a hit. The event was the perfect luau theme from the stunning decorations, to the dress-up photo booth and the thrilling Hawaiian fire dancers. We arrived at 1:30 and got to work right away setting up the decorations including the centerpieces that were made from beautiful bromeliads inside of a brightly colored luau hat topped off with some Hawaiian flowers around the hat. During the event, the charmed girls hosted a photo booth where you could dress up in luau attire and take your picture with the gorgeous beach in the background. Within the hour, we rushed and developed the photos so the guests could have their fun photos to take home and enjoy! We did have a small scare of rain clouds, but in the end, the clouds blew away and the sky turned bright just in time for the perfect sunset. The guest left exclaiming that this was the best event yet! All the people we worked with at Tarpon Bay were amazing and we always enjoy working with them! Pictures were taken by our intern, Coral!
